At Primeo Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can return products and receive refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is significantly different from description
📌 You must request within 3–5 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Used or damaged (by customer) items
- Change of mind (for international orders)
- Perishable or personal care items
- Digital/downloadable products
3. Dropshipping Products (International Orders)
Since we use dropshipping suppliers:
- Delivery time may vary (7–30 days or more)
- Returns may not always require sending the product back
- In many cases, we offer:
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Replacement product
4. Bangladesh Orders (Local Stock)
For Bangladesh customers:
- We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD)
- You can check product at delivery (if available)
- Return requests must be made within 3 days
Refund options:
- Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, etc.)
- Bank transfer
5. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 3–10 business days
- You will receive confirmation via email or phone
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing
- After processing/shipping, cancellation is not possible
8. Affiliate Orders
- Commission is only valid on completed orders
- If an order is refunded, affiliate commission will be canceled
9. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs or courier
- Incorrect address provided by customer
